April 24, 2024 Message from the President

I hope all our homeowners are having a great Spring. Please read below for some important news.

Our next HOA meeting is on May 23, 2024, 7:00 p.m., at the Manchester Civil Courts Building located at 200 Highlands Boulevard Drive. Your attendance is needed so that we can complete business initiated at our January meeting.

At the January meeting, 31 of CLW1's 154 homeowners voted in favor of three amendments to our by-laws (see links to all each of the three below). However, since we did not have a majority (78 or more) present to vote, we must continue the vote by holding another meeting and allowing the rest to vote, either in person or by proxy.

During the period April 21 - May 5, trustees and volunteers will be knocking on the doors of those homeowners who did not vote at the January meeting to vote without having to attend the May 23 meeting. You can vote at your front door by simply marking your ballot and assigning a pre-selected homeowner (your "proxy") to attend the meeting and cast your vote on your behalf!
