About Country Lane Woods 1st Addition
We are located in a heavily wooded subdivision of West St. Louis County, Manchester, Missouri. Our well-maintained homes, shaded streets, proximity to excellent schools, and safe neighborhood provide a community atmosphere and wonderful place to call home.
CLW1 is approximately 50 years old and consists of 154 single-family residential properties. We are one of the five plats of Country Lane Woods Subdivision (See map here.). The Gascony plat borders our West, and CLWII borders our East. This community is generally bordered on the North by Carman Road and on the South by Marquette Meadows Subdivision.
Many of the homes in Country Lane Woods have quite generous lots, and the majority adjoin our plentiful common ground. Our location places us approximately 25 minutes from anywhere in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area. Our residents enjoy mature tree shaded streets and we are proud to share Manchester's title of Tree City, USA.

Cul de Sac Beautification Program
We have five cul de sacs in our CLW1 community. We encourage our residents to volunteer their time by participating in the CLW1 Cul de Sac Beautification Program. The CLW1 budget allows for $500 per cul de sac per year for residents who wish to purchase labor and/or materials toward both maintenance and improvement.
